The BOM is responsible for the direction and oversight of the business office, medical records and administration The Business Office Manager requirements would include a BS in Bus Mgmt, Accounting, Finance or related area; accounting background prefered; 3 years exp in healthcare hospital billing (including knowledge and use of Meditech or similar software) and 3 years exper in management and knowledge of business office, medical records and admissions healthcare regulations and standards. The compliance coordinator is responsible for assuring survey preparedness hospital wide with Federal, and State compliance agencies as well as other hospital accrediting bodies. The Compliance coordinator, directs the survey process and assures an efficient and effective throughput of the survey opertations.

Operating Room Registered Nurse: Full time, 12 hour shifts. Must have CPR/BLS prior to first shift. ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire. Ability to relate and work effectively with others. Hours of duty may be irregular or unexpectedly extended due to the requirements of the daily surgical schedule. Directs and/or provides professional perioperative nursing care for an assigned group of patients across the age continuum. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to direct or provide nursing care. Provides supervision and guidance to other members of the operating room staff; and may be authorized, in the absence of the Manager of Surgical Services, to make decisions affecting the operating of the surgical suite.
Critical Care Registered Nurse: Full time, 12 hour shifts + call. Provides total nursing care to the critically ill/mechanically ventilated patients. Previous recovery room and/or critical care experience (minimum 2 years) preferred. Current BLS with ACLS/PALS required within first six months of employment. Ability to relate and work effectively with others.
PACU/Critical Care Registered Nurse with 2yrs experience. High energy and a team player. FT 12hr shifts plus call. Neurological and ASPAN experience preferred. Current BLS with ACLS/PALS required within first six months of employment. Ability to relate and work effectively with others.
Inpatient Registered Nurse: Full time, 12 hour shifts + call. Delivers nursing care to a population of post surgical/medical patients. Previous medical, neuro, surgical nursing experience (minimum 1 year) preferred. Current BLS with ACLS/PALS required within first six months of employment. Ability to relate and work effectively with others.

Provides pharmacy services within the licensure of a pharmacist in the State of Wyoming. Reviews orders, lab values, diagnoses, and other clinical patient data to assure appropriate drug therapy. Assists in maintaining a hospital formulary. Orders, stores, prepares and distributes drugs in accordance with law and accreditation standards. Maintains documentation according to law and accreditation standards. Assists with clinical and IT projects approved by the pharmacist-in-charge.
Candidates must hold a degree as a pharmacist and have current licensure in the state of Wyoming. Previous experience as a pharmacist in a hospital is preferred and must have currrent BLS Certification.
Under the supervision of the Pharmacist in Charge and staff pharmacist, performs duties which include but are not limited to:

Currently seeking a full-time surgical technologist with validation of graduation from a surgical technologist program to work in the peri-operative setting. Certification and experience is preferred but will accept applications from newly graduated students. Under the supervision of the Manager of Surgical Services and at the direction of Registered Nurses, surgical technicians perform scrubbing and assisting duties within and support of the sterile field during operative procedures and assures proper care and maintenance of all surgical instrumentation and equipment. Demonstrates knowledge of principles and practices of aseptic technique. Demonstrates knowledge of equipment, instruments, armamentarium, procedures, implants and supplies used in the operating room. Able to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina and endurance.
