Surgical Technician (Multiple FT Positions)

Currently seeking full-time Surgical Technologists with validation of graduation from a surgical technologist program to work in the peri-operative setting. Certification and experience is preferred but will accept applications from newly graduated students. Certification and education from an approved program is required.  Preference will be given to those with experience/expertise in Neuro-surgical and Orthopedic surgical settings.  Variable hours.  Rotating call, and some weekends will be required.  Under the supervision of the Manager of Surgical Services and at the direction of Registered Nurses, surgical technicians perform scrubbing and assisting duties within and support of the sterile field during operative procedures and assures proper care and maintenance of all surgical instrumentation and equipment.

Physician Practice Billing Specialist (FT)

This position analyzes medical records and abstracts clinical data by assigning codes from patient records in accordance with coding classification systems; reviews patient encountersfor accurate code assignment of all relevantdiagnoses and procedures; queries physicians when code assignmenets are not clear or documentation is inadequate; identifies and and reports documentation issues; serves as a clinical coding resource and assigns ICD-9CM or HCPCS codes, creating APC or DRG group assignments.  Must possess knowledge of ICD-9 CM, ICD 10 CM, HCPCS, medical terminology, anatomy, anesthesia, radiology, pathology, medicine, and evaluation and management (E&M) codes. Previous billing, coding or charge entry experience, basic spreadsheet and word processing knowledge and detail-oriented. Current AAPC/AHIMA certifications preferred.

Accounts Receivables Specialist (FT)

Under the supervision of the Business Office Manager, is responsible for assuring that duties are accurately performed in completion of, but not limited to, the following areas: maintain up-to-date billing system, generate and send out electronic and paper UB-04/HCFA-1500 forms, follow up on, collect & allocate insurance payments, carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines, perform account reconciliations, research & resolve payment discrepancies, generate account age analysis, review AR aging to ensure compliance, maintain AR customer files and records, follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc., process credit card payments, prepare bank deposits, investigate & resolve patient queries, process adjustments, communicate with patients via phone, mail, or personally, assist with month-end closing. Knowledge of accounts receivables, office administration and procedures, relevant computer software, regulatory standards & compliance requirements, previous medical insurance collections experience, excellent math abilities, basic spreadsheet & word processing knowledge, refined verbal & written communication skills. Minimum of HS Diploma and Associates Degree in Bus Admin preferred. Previous billing (AR) experience required.

Human Resources Assistant (FT)

Reporting directly to the HR Leader in the Human Resources department, the Human Resources Assistant manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources office and provides high level administrative support in multiple areas--HR administration and compliance, payroll, training, talent management and related areas. Demonstrated success and in-depth experience in working with HRIS/Payroll systems. Knowledge of HR regulations at the federal, state and local level. Provide excellent customer service and follow-through in responding to internal and customer inquiries and questions.

Requirements: Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related area; (Bachelors Degree preferred) with two to four years (2-4) of administrative experience in Human Resources, Finance or Payroll required. Expert ability in Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Houekeeper (FT)

Responsible for cleaning of all areas assigned, maintaining appropriate supplies,, facilitates rapid turnover from case to case or patient to patient and performs room, general, and office cleaning.  Demonstrates knowledge of principles and practices of aseptic technique, standard precautions, use of personal protective equipment and safe use of chemical cleaners.  Previous housekeeping and/or environmental services experience preferred.
 

Employee Health/Clinical Education RN (PRN):  Will coordinate the development of Healthstream annual competences as well as development of clinical competencies for new employees documented in Health stream.  Responsible for Employee Health associated documentation and clinical guidance. 8 hours per week with variable days and times (day position). 


Pre-Operative RN  (FT)

This position will require flexibility with scheduling, occasional Saturdays for rotating ERCP’s, rotating weekend call (6a-6p), and excellent telephone and customer service skills for the numerous preadmission tests (PAT’s) done each month.

PACU CNA or Unit Coordinator (FT) 

This position will require flexibility in scheduling and will provide basic care to patients in a post anesthesia enironment and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment. Demonstrates the ability to provide clerical support and receptionist duties to enhance delivery of patient care when needed.  Must be able to achieve BLS certification within 60 days of employment. Ability to relate and work effectively with others. Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards. Variable Hours. Must possess extremely strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Extremely fast paced environment requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to change. Applicant must be highly motivated and a dependable individual that will become a member of a very close knit team.

 

Patient Services (RN FT)  Night

6p-6a overnight.  Must possess extremely strong customer service and interpersonal skills.  Extremely fast paced environment requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to change. Patient Services Certified Nurse Assistant (FT/PT Nights & Days)

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse assists patients with activities of daily living, providing basic care to patients and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment. Demonstrates the ability to provide clerical support and receptionist duties to enhance delivery of patient care when needed.  Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina and endurance. High school diploma or equivalent, with documented certification as a Nursing Assistant. Must be able to achieve BLS certification within 60 days of employment. Ability to relate and work effectively with others. Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards. Variable Hours.  Must possess extremely strong customer service and interpersonal skills.  Extremely fast paced environment requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to change. Clinical Compliance Coordinator (FT RN - Administrative). 

Assists in the maintenance of documentation for validation of clinical compliance and clinical best practice through research  of currently available literature and its application into daily clinical practice.  Organizes and chairs the survey preparedness committee to ensure constant survey readiness.  Completes clinical rounding on all inpatients and outpatients as necessary to assist the multidisciplinary team to identify issues and implement solutions.  Works with the Manager of Quality Improvement and related team to develop and implement strategies that are efficient and effective.  Works with the Infection Control Officer to implement process and strategies to reduce the infection rate and mitigate patient and employee exposure.  Acts as the Employee Health Nurse to provide care and guidance to hospital staff for related on the job incidence and various pre-employment clinical care.  Develops and implements various process improvements and action plans.  Requires follow through and the ability to work with a diverse leadership team. 

Have knowledge of the Lean Process and Six Sigma and/or willingness to attain certification.

Ability to work in any clinical care department of the hospital as needed.

Extreme work ethic and ability to work independently.

Ability to take ownership of process and facility ideals

Possess a "high level" and proficiency with written communication and interpersonal skills

At a minimum must possess a Masters degree in nursing or related field.

 

Sterile Processing Tech (FT and PRN)

Under the supervision of the Sterile Processing Manager, ensures proper care and maintenance for all surgical instrumentation, decontamination processes, equipment usage and sterilization processes. Demonstrates knowledge of principles and practices of aseptic technique. Demonstrates knowledge of equipment, instruments, procedures and supplies used in the operating room. Adheres to strict use of standard precautions and the use of personal protective equipment. Able to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina and endurance. HS Diploma and 2-4 years previous sterile processing experience in a surgical/acute care hospital and/or ASC environment; certification is a plus.

 

Purchasing/Materials Manager

Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the individual is responsible for assuring that supplies, equipment, and all materials are available for the daily operation of the hospital.. Maintains accurate records associated with the ordering, receiving and processing for payment all requisitions and purchase orders. Manages the automated systems to support the materials management/purchasing function. Supervises the Materials Management/Purchasing staff

Minimum requirements include Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Purchasing, Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related area and 5-8 years of purchasing/materials management experience in a healthcare setting.

 
Registered Nurse (FT/PT -  Days & Nights - Inpatient Unit)
 

12 hour shifts + call. Delivers nursing care to a population of post surgical/medical patients. Previous medical, neuro, surgical nursing experience (minimum 1 year) preferred. Current BLS with ACLS/PALS required within first six months of employment. Ability to relate and work effectively with others.  Minimum Requirements include RN Licensure in Wyoming and 1-3 years previous critical care experience (monitored unit).

 

Pharmacist (PRN - Per Diem)

Provides pharmacy services within the licensure of a pharmacist in the State of Wyoming. Reviews orders, lab values, diagnoses, and other clinical patient data to assure appropriate drug therapy. Assists in maintaining a hospital formulary. Orders, stores, prepares and distributes drugs in accordance with law and accreditation standards. Maintains documentation according to law and accreditation standards. Assists with clinical and IT projects approved by the pharmacist-in-charge.  PharmD preferred; Current licensure in WY.  Previous experience as a pharmacist in a hospital setting is preferred. Current BLS Certification.

 

Clinical Informatics RN

Mountain View Regional Hospital, is seeking an experienced and motivated, FT Clinical Informatics RN, who will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of clinical modules within the EMR, coordinating the Meditech users group, troubleshooting ongoing operational issues, act as contact for local and corporate clinical/IT issues and keeping up with and communicating to staff the latest versions of Meditech. The selected individual ensures that clinical modules meet HFAP, CMS, and hospital regulations and policies. Min requirements include WY RN licensure; BSN in Clinical Informatics or related area  preferred and 3-5 years clinical/IT experience in a healthcare setting.
