Pre-Operative RN (FT)
This position will require flexibility with scheduling, occasional Saturdays for rotating ERCP’s, rotating weekend call (6a-6p), and excellent telephone and customer service skills for the numerous preadmission tests (PAT’s) done each month.
PACU RN (FT)
Rotating call on night weekends and holidays. Variable Hours. Prefer two (2) years critical care experience. Must be dependable and a reliable team player. Position open until filled by qualified personnel.
Interventional Pain Department RN (FT)
Monday through Friday, Variable hours. Extremely fast paced environment requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to change. Superior customer service skills are required. Surgical Technician (Multiple FT Positions)
Currently seeking full-time Surgical Technologists with validation of graduation from a surgical technologist program to work in the peri-operative setting. Certification and experience is preferred but will accept applications from newly graduated students. Certification and education from an approved program is required. Preference will be given to those with experience/expertise in Neuro-surgical and Orthopedic surgical settings. Variable hours. Rotating call, and some weekends will be required. Under the supervision of the Manager of Surgical Services and at the direction of Registered Nurses, surgical technicians perform scrubbing and assisting duties within and support of the sterile field during operative procedures and assures proper care and maintenance of all surgical instrumentation and equipment.

Patient Services Certified Nurse Assistant (FT/PT Nights & Days)
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse assists patients with activities of daily living, providing basic care to patients and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment. Demonstrates the ability to provide clerical support and receptionist duties to enhance delivery of patient care when needed. Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina and endurance. High school diploma or equivalent, with documented certification as a Nursing Assistant. Must be able to achieve BLS certification within 60 days of employment. Ability to relate and work effectively with others. Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards. Clinical Compliance Coordinator (FT RN - Administrative).
Assists in the maintenance of documentation for validation of clinical compliance and clinical best practice through research of currently available literature and its application into daily clinical practice. Organizes and chairs the survey preparedness committee to ensure constant survey readiness. Completes clinical rounding on all inpatients and outpatients as necessary to assist the multidisciplinary team to identify issues and implement solutions. Works with the Manager of Quality Improvement and related team to develop and implement strategies that are efficient and effective. Works with the Infection Control Officer to implement process and strategies to reduce the infection rate and mitigate patient and employee exposure. Acts as the Employee Health Nurse to provide care and guidance to hospital staff for related on the job incidence and various pre-employment clinical care. Develops and implements various process improvements and action plans. Requires follow through and the ability to work with a diverse leadership team.
Have knowledge of the Lean Process and Six Sigma and/or willingness to attain certification.
Ability to work in any clinical care department of the hospital as needed.

At a minimum must possess a Masters degree in nursing or related field.
Sterile Processing Tech (FT and PRN)
Under the supervision of the Sterile Processing Manager, ensures proper care and maintenance for all surgical instrumentation, decontamination processes, equipment usage and sterilization processes. Demonstrates knowledge of principles and practices of aseptic technique. Demonstrates knowledge of equipment, instruments, procedures and supplies used in the operating room. Adheres to strict use of standard precautions and the use of personal protective equipment. Able to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina and endurance. HS Diploma and 2-4 years previous sterile processing experience in a surgical/acute care hospital and/or ASC environment; certification is a plus.
Medical Lab Tech (FT/PT)
Directs, supervises and performs daily laboratory activities to include but not limited to instrument maintenance, specimen collection specimen processing, analyzing and results reporting. Participates in and assures that departmental performance improvement, quality controls, and reagent inventory meets standards. Monitors compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Accrediting Standards. Able to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina, and endurance. MT/MLS/MLT employees must be qualified for the position by possessing current certification or must be eligible to sit for the certification exam in order to perform the duties of a MT/MLS/MLT. High complexity testing will only be performed by those who are properly qualified. The MT/MLS/MLT is responsible for the analysis of samples and the generation of high quality data in a reasonable time as prescribed by laboratory standards. The MT/MLS/MLT is responsible for making sure all data generated is entered into the appropriate database in the correct manner. The MT/MLS/MLT reports daily to the Laboratory Manager and will inform the Laboratory Manager as to the material needs of the laboratory. Additional duties of the MT/MLS/MLT may include, but are not limited to, preparation of samples for analysis, maintenance of laboratory equipment, and providing technical assistance to lower level laboratory staff. The MT/MLS/MLT may be asked to perform management duties as needed while on staff. The MT/MLS/MLT also performs all of the duties of the Phlebotomist. Minimum Requirements: Associates/Technical Degree and 2-4 years experience as a MLT/MT/MLS in a healthcare Laboratory environment.
Case Manager/Discharge Planner (FT Days and On-Call as needed)
Manages patients in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimal clinical, financial, operational and satisfaction outcomes. Acts in a leadership function with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote/facilitate discharge planning. Establishes and promotes collaborative relationships with physicians, patients and families. Requires some travel and collaborative care with local rehabilitation facilities for follow-up care. Min requirements include WY RN licensure and 3-5 years case management exp in healthcare setting. This position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer
Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the individual is responsible for assuring that supplies, equipment, and all materials are available for the daily operation of the hospital.. Maintains accurate records associated with the ordering, receiving and processing for payment all requisitions and purchase orders. Manages the automated systems to support the materials management/purchasing function. Supervises the Materials Management/Purchasing staff
Minimum requirements include Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Purchasing, Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related area and 5-8 years of purchasing/materials management experience in a healthcare setting.
12 hour shifts + call. Delivers nursing care to a population of post surgical/medical patients. Previous medical, neuro, surgical nursing experience (minimum 1 year) preferred. Current BLS with ACLS/PALS required within first six months of employment. Ability to relate and work effectively with others. Minimum Requirements include RN Licensure in Wyoming and 1-3 years previous critical care experience (monitored unit).
Pharmacist (PRN - Per Diem)
Provides pharmacy services within the licensure of a pharmacist in the State of Wyoming. Reviews orders, lab values, diagnoses, and other clinical patient data to assure appropriate drug therapy. Assists in maintaining a hospital formulary. Orders, stores, prepares and distributes drugs in accordance with law and accreditation standards. Maintains documentation according to law and accreditation standards. Assists with clinical and IT projects approved by the pharmacist-in-charge. PharmD preferred; Current licensure in WY. Previous experience as a pharmacist in a hospital setting is preferred. Current BLS Certification.
Clinical Informatics RN
Mountain View Regional Hospital, is seeking an experienced and motivated, FT Clinical Informatics RN, who will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of clinical modules within the EMR, coordinating the Meditech users group, troubleshooting ongoing operational issues, act as contact for local and corporate clinical/IT issues and keeping up with and communicating to staff the latest versions of Meditech. The selected individual ensures that clinical modules meet HFAP, CMS, and hospital regulations and policies. Min requirements include WY RN licensure; BSN in Clinical Informatics or related area preferred and 3-5 years clinical/IT experience in a healthcare setting.
