  • Cook

    Prepares and serves meals, monitors food handling, presentation, meal service times and equipment cleaning. Must have previous professional cooking experience. Rate of hire is based on experience. M-F with some weekend work.

  • Housekeeper

    Responsible for cleaning of all areas in the hospital, maintaining appropriate supplies, and assistance with rapid turnover from patient to patient. Candidates mus have knowledge of principals and practices and precautions in a healthcare setting, and safe use of chemical cleaners.  Rate of hire is based on experience. Openings for all M-F, second shift, and weekend work.

  • Materials Clerk

    This position is part-time, as needed.  The Materials Clerk works under the direction of the Materials Manager. The Materials Clerk duties include data entry of  vendor information, materials orders, periodic automatic replenishment (PAR) levels, and reorder points, physical inventory and floor storage of medical supplies, shipment receiving and verification of delivery POS.

  • Medical Records Clerk

    Under the supervision of the Medical Records Director, this position is responsible for maintaining accurate medical records.  Candidates must project a professional demeanor and appearance while maintaining the confidentiality of patients, coworkers and the hospital as appropriate.  Must be able to work well under stress and in situations that demand patience and tact while providing impeccable service.

    Hours of duty may be irregular or unexpectedly extended due to the requirements of the billing office.

    Prior experience in medical records preferred.

  • Nursing Opportunities

    Critical Care Registered Nurse: Full time, 12 hour shifts + call. Provides total nursing care to the critically ill/mechanically ventilated patients. Previous recovery room and/or critical care experience (minimum 2 years) preferred. Current BLS with ACLS/PALS required within first six months of employment. Ability to relate and work effectively with others.

    Our Peri-anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) is also seeking qualified RNs.  Directs and/or provides professional peri-anesthesia nursing care for an assigned group of patients across the age continuum.  Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to direct or provide nursing care.  Provides supervision and guidance to other members of the PACU; and may be authorized, in the absence of the Clinical Operations Manager, to make decisions affecting the PACU.

    Inpatient Registered Nurse: Full time, 12 hour shifts + call. Delivers nursing care to a population of post surgical/medical patients. Previous medical, neuro, surgical nursing experience (minimum 1 year) preferred. Current BLS with ACLS/PALS required within first six months of employment. Ability to relate and work effectively with others.

    Pain Management Registered Nurse:  Full time, 12 hour shifts.  Must have CPR/BLS prior to first shift.  ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.  Ability to relate and work effectively with others.  Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards.  Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for own professional advancement.  Previous Procedural Nursing experience is preferred.  Is aware of professional nursing standard and performs in accordance with them.

  • Pharmacist

    Provides pharmacy services within the licensure of a pharmacist in the State of Wyoming.  Reviews orders, lab values, diagnoses, and other clinical patient data to assure appropriate drug therapy. Assists in maintaining a hospital formulary. Orders, stores, prepares and distributes drugs in accordance with law and accreditation standards.  Maintains documentation according to law and accreditation standards.  Assists with clinical and IT projects approved by the pharmacist-in-charge.

    Candidates must hold a degree as a pharmacist and have current licensure in the state of Wyoming.  Previous experience as a pharmacist in a hospital is preferred and must have currrent BLS Certification.

  • Pharmacy Technician

    Under the supervision of the Pharmacist in Charge and staff pharmacist, performs duties which include but are not limited to:

    • ordering pharmaceuticals
    • restocking pharmaceuticals
    • setting up drugs in the computer system
    • generating barcodes and applying them to drugs
    • packaging drugs
    • cleaning the IV room and IV hood
    • performing unit inspections and removing outdates from stock
    • documenting movement of drugs in compliance with all state and Federal law

     

    Must be licensed, or be eligible to become licensed as a pharmacy technician in the state of Wyoming.
